What strange looking breasts is right. If my breasts looked like that I doubt I would want anyone to see them, let alone go topless in public. I have beautiful breasts, 34 C but I do have a 3rd nipple, but I would never show my breasts like that. My husband is the only one that has ever seen or touched my breasts. I have never see anything like that. I am very curious as to what causes this deformity. Where can I find more information?

Just go to a search engine and look it up. That'd probably be the easiest way to go about it.

It appears to me that this thread has gotten a little carried away. BT is not a porno site, and I don't think there should be any of these porno links. This is just my opinion.

I agree. It's one thing to have a link to have a picture of someone with puffies that is similar to the pictures that we have on the "What's Normal" thread but to have a porno link is something else. This is an informative site not a porno site for guys/girls to come to "relieve some tension" so to speak.

I know this is an old thread, but I was just curious. If a woman wanted to make her areolas puffy, for whatever reason, would collagen injections work (like for lips)?

Wow - I have no idea about that. You'd have to ask a plastic surgeon!

I am new to this site but yes I agree those photos look odd - are they for real? Having said that I admire all of the women for going topless. I wish I was happy enough with my body to go topless in public!

puffy nipples are often a result of a tuberous malformation.
From http://www.advanced-art.com/Breast-Aug-Spec-Tub.htm
"Tubular breasts tend to have high and tight (narrow arc diameter) folds, abnormally narrow breast tissue base, abnormally broad areola, and central protrusion (herniation) of the breast tissue through the areola, with tendency of the nipples to be very plump."

i personally like some of the puffy nipples as they give the impression of being softer and more supple than a regular areola.

Actually those examples of puffy niples/areola are pretty extreme, I would think maybe some of those women had tubular breast deformity. I have puffy aereola/nipples and they look more like the link below. The only thing I find is that when I'm cold or aroused that sort of contract and shrviel up, which I hate. One ex said it my nipples/areaola became like raisins and it was sexy lol.

It's odd how being cold makes puffies shrink but makes nipples longer.

Hi Plasma,

I'm not sure collagen injections would work to create puffy nipples, because the puffiness comes from the fact that the areolae are sort of detached from the breast tissue, so you'd actually have to detach the areaola skin for the collagen to fill them out and I think that's pretty much impossible. This is probably the reason why puffies shrink in the cold, because they are almost like a bubble that is not completely attached to the breast tissue. I know it's wierd lol, but the hubby seems to think it's cool.

I think that any filler such as callagen, restalayne, silicone pumped into the areola will make them puff out more.Vacuum pumping with the right sized cylinder will really make a puffie stand out.Cowgirl is on a few websites and she pumps her areolas to a huge size and has the biggests Iv'e ever seen.

I have this tubulour deformity but no where near as bad as those pic6tures, lucky for me i was also very small chested so the 'tube' shape was less obvious. I had breast augmentation last week on the NHS to correct this problem. i posted a reply in the knowledge section if you want to find out more.

Yes, the pictures linked are "puffies". I guess most women with puffies aren't that extreme. But anyway, plenty of men find puffies attractive (ok, I'm one). Otherwise, why would there be porn sites devoted to them, hmm? Type puffies into your favorite search engine and see what I mean.

The puffies on the first page of the "What's Normal Boobs" section are great!
